Frustrated by the lack of quality options locally, he began roasting beans at home, aiming to recreate that unforgettable taste for his wife, Felicia—the true coffee enthusiast in the family. At Ignite Life Coffee, we specialize in fluid bed (air) roasting—a method that uses super-heated air to roast beans evenly, resulting in a smoother, less bitter flavor. This technique removes the chaff (the paper-like skin on coffee beans) during roasting, enhancing the purity and taste of our coffee. Our small-batch approach ensures consistency and quality in every cup.
