A: We offer $7.95 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders under $75. Orders over $75 ship free.

 

Q: Do you offer local pickup?  
A: Yes! Select Free Local Pickup at checkout. Pickup is at our café inside Twin County Regional Healthcare in Galax, VA.

 

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?  
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–6 business days via USPS or UPS.

Q: Can I buy a subscription and other products at the same time?
A: Subscription purchases are processed separately from one-time orders. This means you’ll complete checkout for your subscription first, and then place a second order for any additional items (like single bags or samplers). Don’t worry—you can still enjoy both subscriptions and one-time purchases, they just require two quick checkouts to make sure your subscription is set up correctly.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?  
A: Currently, we only ship within the U.S.

 

Q: How fresh is your coffee?  
A: Every bag is roasted to order in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. You’ll always get coffee at its peak flavor — never stale, never sitting on a shelf.

 

Q: What sizes are available?  
A: We offer 8 oz, 16 oz, 32 oz, and 80 oz bags. You can choose your size on each product page before checkout.

 

Q: Can I choose whole bean or ground coffee?  
A: Yes! You can select your preferred grind (whole bean, drip, etc.) on each product page before adding to cart.

 

Q: How is my order packaged for shipping?  
A: Your coffee is carefully packed in protective, eco-conscious packaging to ensure it arrives fresh and safe.

 

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?  
A: Because coffee is perishable, we do not accept returns on opened bags. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right.
