We currently ship to all U.S. states using trusted carriers via UPS, USPS and FedEx.
All orders are roasted fresh upon completion of an order entry and are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Ignite Life Coffee Company uses this method to provide you with the freshest coffee available. You can expect your fresh roasted coffee order to arrive in 3-6 business days.

Local Pickup:
Free local pickup is available at our coffee shop inside **Twin County Regional Healthcare** in Galax, VA.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday, 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Return & Refund Policy:
We want you to love your coffee as we strive to produce the freshest and best coffee available — but due to the perishable nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns on opened coffee bags.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us at contact@ignitelifecoffee.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is confirmed.
All other items (non-coffee merchandise) may be eligible for return within 14 days, if unused and in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
