Golden Ratio

The heart of great coffee is balance. 

  • Too much coffee? Bitter and overpowering.

  • Too little? Weak and flat.

Most guides recommend the "Golden Ratio":

  • 1-2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 ounces of water.

  • Or, for precision lovers: 15g of coffee : 250g water
